Managed IT Services // Vendor Management (ISP, SaaS & Hardware)
Best for 10–150 user firms

We deal with your vendors so your team doesn't have to.

Every business has 20+ technology vendors — internet, phones, cloud, software, hardware. When something breaks, your team calls one of them, gets transferred three times, and reads from a stack of account numbers nobody can find. We hold the contracts, the credentials, and the relationships, and we make the calls for you.

Sound familiar?

How vendor sprawl bites you.

pain 01

Internet's down. Where's the account number?

Stuck on hold with the ISP while everyone in the office is staring at you.

pain 02

Auto-renewed for another three years.

Nobody read the email. Now you're locked in past the date you wanted to switch.

pain 03

Paying for stuff nobody uses anymore.

Three terminated employees' Adobe licenses, two old projects' SaaS subscriptions, one phone line nobody answers.

pain 04

Hardware warranty just expired.

A laptop died. Manufacturer can't help — coverage ended six weeks ago. Nobody was tracking it.

  • 01

    Vendor directory

Every contract, every account number, every renewal date, every support phone number. Documented and kept current.

  • 02

    Renewal management

We track renewals, send you the 60-day heads-up, negotiate where there's room, and never let one auto-renew by accident.

  • 03

    Support ticketing on your behalf

Something's broken at the ISP, the SaaS provider, or the hardware vendor? We open the ticket, sit on hold, escalate, and update you when it's done.

    License optimization

Quarterly review: who's actually using what. We trim what nobody's touched in 90 days.

  • 05

    Hardware warranty tracking

  • 06

    Procurement

Need 10 new laptops? We get vendor quotes, order, ship, image, deploy. You sign off, we run.

From a client
Our Bell internet went down on a Friday. I called Senator. They had the account number, opened the ticket, sat on hold, escalated twice, and got us a credit on the bill — without me lifting a finger. I didn't even know my account number.

Who needs this

Who needs this.

  • Firms whose office manager handles tech vendors and is drowning.

  • Multi-location firms with separate vendor contracts at each office.

FAQ
Q01

Do you make us switch vendors?

No. We use whatever you've already got, unless something is so bad it's costing you money — then we'll propose alternatives but the choice is yours.

Q02

Will you negotiate prices?

Where there's room, yes. Most B2B SaaS pricing has discount paths that aren't on the public site. We know which calls to make.

Q03

Do you take commissions from vendors?

No. We don't accept kickbacks. Our incentive is keeping you happy, not pushing one vendor's product.

Q04

What if a vendor relationship is sensitive — like our outside legal counsel's case-management system?

We work with named contacts and stay out of relationships that are sensitive. We support, not replace.

Next step

Free vendor audit.

We build the directory, identify the waste, surface the renewals coming up in 90 days, and present it back to you. One-week engagement, fixed price.
