Is on-site dispatch billed extra?

Not for clients on a full managed plan — it's included. Co-managed and break-fix clients are billed per visit at a fixed rate.

What if our office is outside the GTA?

We dispatch from local engineers in southwestern Ontario for London, Kitchener, Hamilton. Beyond that, scheduled visits or a partner network.

Q03

Can you provide loaner hardware?

Yes. For managed clients we keep a small stock of imaged laptops for emergencies.

Q04

Will the same engineer come back next time?

Whenever scheduling allows, yes. We track which engineer has been to which client so you're not starting from scratch.
